Technology

We have established a deep cooperation with the Institute of Materials Science, Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China.We optimize hot channels, granulation belt and mold hole for die plate by simulation of fluid dynamics and temperature distribution to maintain perfect pellet quality.We design pelletizing die plate for different pelletizing systems and pelletizers. Choose the material, number of mold holes, heating options and insulation to perfectly fit the polyolefin or polymer you are processing.

Scientific Research

The organization and properties of metal-ceramic composites are our long-term research direction. Through technology iteration and long-term test verification, TiC-NiCr metal-ceramic composites can replace WC-Co cemented carbide.TiC-NiCr metal-ceramics, in terms of heat resistance, abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance, have better performance.

Manufacturing

Our main products are die plate, pelletizing knives and pelletizing knife holder . We also provide design, manufacturing and repair services for components such as pelletizing die plat and pelletizing knife holder.

We specialize in vacuum brazing technology, where the carbide layer is bonded to the pelletizing stencil substrate. By improving the brazing technology, the physical properties of the pelletizing die plate substrate and the carbide layer are protected, and the brazing strength is increased to more than 150MPa.

We have been popularized and applied in large energy and chemical enterprises in China, and exported to international markets such as the United States, Spain, Turkey, and Malaysia.

Simulation Analysis

Under the action of the rotating water flow formed by the rotation of the pelletizing knives, the particles will form a tendency to rotate and move inside the water chamber.

Increasing the rotational speed of the cutter and changing the shape of the cutter can effectively reduce the accumulation of particles inside the water chamber and comprehensively improve the output.

High Precision Machining

We used high-precision machining equipment, and are currently the most advanced international level of synchronization.Tolerance control in 0.0010mm below, to ensure that the pelletizing die plate of the technical indicators fully realized.

In the processing of mold holes and heat channels, the use of external advanced machining technology, so that the pelletizing die plate heat conduction and material flow in the pelletizing die plate, to the best degree.
