Metal-Ceramic TiC-NiCr Pelletizing Knives
The blade edge is made of high-performance metal ceramic TiC-NiCr, which improves the wear resistance, corrosion resistance and thermal stability of the pelletizing knives. 40Cr or 1Cr13 is chosen as the material of the cutter body to improve the strength and impact resistance of the cutter.
Brazing Welding :In a vacuum environment, the brazing material between the blade edge and the blade body, under the conditions of vacuum and high temperature, and the two dissolved and infiltrated to form a bond, the blade edge and the blade body connected together.


TiC-NiCr Research
We have found that the properties of cermets at different TiC contents are different.
Experimental analysis based on the properties of cermets with different TiC contents: with the increase of TIC content, the hardness and impact toughness of TiC-NiCr cermets show regular changes, and the best performance is achieved with TIC content in the range of 30~40%. Materials in this range better reflect high hardness, low specific gravity, corrosion resistance and thermal stability.
